Shipping costs:

Free shipping refers to delivery costs only and does not include potential import duties or taxes.

 

Order Processing & Cancellation:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-off Time: 0:00 (GMT+1)

Cancellations: We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of placement. Please contact our support team at support@hooled.eu as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

Post-Shipping: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and shipped, it cannot be canceled in transit. However, you can still return the items for a refund after receiving them, in accordance with our [30-Day Return Policy].

 

Countries that can be delivered:

Orders can be delivered to countries including France, Germany, Italy, Spain (except the Canary Islands).

 

Delivery time:

Orders placed between 24 December and 1 January might be subjected to slight delays.

If the product purchased is available, deliveries to France, Germany,  Italy,  Spain (except the Canary Islands) are made in 2-10 business days, from Monday to Friday and during working hours, holidays excluded.

If the product purchased is not available, the delivery time will include the production time, estimated at about 20-30 days.

Shipping method:

The shipping method varies by destination to ensure efficient and reliable delivery. To expedite shipping, we may split orders with multiple items into separate packages. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as weather, traffic disruptions, holidays, customs policies, or other unforeseen events. If your shipment is delayed, please contact our service team for updated tracking info.

 

Taxes for European Union (EU) Countries:

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT for orders within the European Union. There are no hidden tax charges at checkout.
